  • Generating leads.

  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.

Kualifikasi
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or related field.
  • Experience in sales with minimum 1 year.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Airtable CRM ,etc) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

SALES MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Develop new business opportunities and find new prospective project / clients
    Maintaining relationship with existing and potential clients
    Coordinate sales plans with internal sales, presales, product specialist and project team
    Maintain sales to achieved sales quota
    Make forecasting short term and long term sales plans
    Providing inputs to midterm plans
    Deciding on the most effective go-to market and channel strategy in order to maximise sales execution
    Annual budgeting and investment plans
    Managing, providing training, and development to the team members
    Doing commercial analysis including competitor analysis
    Monitoring sales process internally and externally
    Providing solution overview presentation to prospect client

  • Qualification
    • Max. 40 years old
      Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree with min GPA 2.75 (preferable in Marketing / IT)
      At least 3 years working experiences as Sales Manager in ISP company, system integrator, IT vendor company is preferred
      Excellent in marketing
      Energetic, good communication, analytical, and interpersonal skill
      Strong in leadership, negotiation, reporting, sales management, timeline / time management, managing sales team capabilities
      Ability to work independently and as a team
      Excellent written and spoken English is a must
      Ability and understanding of the market and competition
      Able to work under pressure, ready to work overtime and result oriented
      Having a strong soft skill in building quotation, proposal, contract, forecasting sales
      Have an excellent knowledge about internet and networking

ASSET MANAGEMENT STAFF
Job Description
  • Conduct and identification of fixed asset in order to have accurate asset data.
  • Execute and maintain lifecycle process of asset start from replacement, renewal of asset maintenance, insurance, physical checking, disposal and retirement in order to meet SLA
  • Provide stock for lending facility, gather solution for its problem and submit the claim and inspection report in order to meet SLA.
  • Inventory Asset Management.
  • Conduct system monitoring and execute inventory tool reporting
  • Qualification
    • Minimum Bachelor degree
      Minimum working experience 1 - 2 years in the same field
      Able to control company assets (new acquired, depreciation, asset retirement)
      Understand about fixed asset bookkeeping (journal entry)
      Able to maintain the assets reconciliation between balance sheet and ledger
      Able to maintain fixed asset location each units
      Able to perform asset physical checking periodically

TECHNICAL MANAGER
Job Description
  • Measure service satisfaction levels and resolving system and application issues with the team to meet the SLA as per project contract
  • Managing and upholding the troubleshooting escalation process
  • Resolving system and application issues with the team to meet the SLA
  • Assisting with IT equipment sourcing and budgeting
  • Occasionally working with third parties to rectify issues
  • Identifying gaps in the support process and amending it accordingly
  • Effectively delegate any maintenance issues to be resolved on each shift and small projects to the right skills in the team, planning and managing
  • Adhere to daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of site
  • Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively
  • REQUIREMENT
    • Minimum 4 years experiences as an Operation Manager for Support and Maintenance Projects
      Experience in customer service is essential, as is several years’ experience in a 1st or 2nd line IT support
      Experience in ISP industry, System Integrator or IT Vendor.
      Excellent software knowledge, including: Microsoft products, MS SQL, Exchange, and Apple iOS system
      Excellent knowledge of IT services methodology such as ITIL, ITSM and others methodology (ITIL or ITSM Certificate will be an advantage)
      Proficiency in Internet Languages, i.e., PHP, Linux, Apache, MySQL, and others
      Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Management or Engineering
